Ranga Pallawala, a seasoned sustainability and circular economy expert, possesses a unique ability to forecast the future by actively "creating the future" with a strong belief in a fossil fuel-free world driven by renewable natural resources. Ranga transitioned from a CEO role in a socially responsible green and sustainable development organization to a technical position focused on climate change and climate finance. Ranga is a member of the National Expert Committee on Climate Change Adaptation of the Government of Sri Lanka since 2012. He is also an adviser to the Ministry of Environment, Sri Lanka and the Ministry of Finance & Economic Development of Tuvalu. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional senior management expertise, navigating organizations through diverse stages, including peak performance, closure, inception, and restructuring. This breadth of experience has equipped him with comprehensive strategic leadership skills.

Malike Dodanwala brings more than 25 years of extensive experience in sustainable product development, global manufacturing and supply chains, having worked with various textile and apparel manufacturing and sourcing companies. Malike has been involved in internationally recognised projects where Circular Economy Textiles has seen new dimensions with renewable and safe materials for producing sustainable apparel. Malike holds extensive experience in merchandising strategies and business model innovation by leading international projects in fashion and textiles working with multi-disciplinary teams in the Asian region. His engagements also are on large-scale apparel manufacturing initiatives with sustainable production and supply chain practices that reduce atmospheric land and marine pollution. With a track record of delivering sustainable solutions and a deep understanding of circular economy principles, he is well-equipped to drive meaningful change in the industry in the Asia Pacific region.

Michael Fox is a co-founder and partner of KMT Partners and Shunting Yard. With experiences over 30 years across taxation, finance, business strategy and family business management, he specializes in assisting emerging businesses and family enterprises transition to the next generation.
In doing so, he is primarily focusing on sustainable business models and enterprise renewal through circularity for manufacturing, retail, agriculture, wineries and professional services.
He is currently on the Global Professional Development Committee of the STEP, and the Deputy Chair of the Australian Special Interest Group, focusing on sustainable family businesses.
